Roles and Responsibilities

  • Overlook day to day Restaurant operations
  • Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
  • Weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
  • Planing, organising, staffing and controlling
  • Preparing budgets and overlooking the entire operations
  • General administration
  • Taking care of customers as well as employees needs
  • Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
  • Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
  • Train and supervise staff
  • Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent leadership and communication skillls
  • Team player and innovative thinker
  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality sector
  • 5+ years of exeprience working as a Restaurant Manager
  • Preferred candidates from 5 Star hotels like Taj and Oberoi.
  • 3 years Bachelors in Hotel Management or equivalent.
