Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls to the concerned person.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Greet and welcome customers, clients, and other visitors
  • Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations
  • Inform the superiors of visitors arrivals or cancellations

. Knowledge of computers

self-correspondence on email/ letters to be made if required.

Preparation of reports like Tea/coffee expenses/stationery/housekeeping/Mobile & telephone/Attendance.

Booking of Rail/Flight/Bus /Hotel Bookings

  • Maintaining stationery/Housekeeping items

Maintaining inward/outward /Telephone registers and handle international /domestic couriers

Maintaining Petty cash Box and making vouchers.

Any other given work also.

Preparation of Visas/Passports.
