Project Manager FOOD Processing

Position --PROJECT MANAGER FOOD PROCESSING - (Tamato or Fruit Process prefer )

Location--Shoghi, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Qualification & Skills required

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Food engineering / Food Technology with a relevant work experience of minimum 5 years.
• Good communication skills to be able to share the purpose and vision behind the project to other levels of management within an organization.
• Ability to analyze information to formulate solutions.
• With a determined, pragmatic, straightforward, detail-oriented mindset, you are also organized. You are responsive and autonomous, skills which will allow you to succeed in this position.
• You are resourceful and have excellent interpersonal skills, in order to be able to work well with the local team to liaise successfully with suppliers.

Job Profile and Missions

• The Company is looking for a suitable candidate who can build the industrial tool to produce companys products.
• Implementing the construction of the premises for the production.
• Leading the initiation and managing the planning of the project, ensure technical feasibility.
• Proposing equipment (right technology and right price according to the business plan, production objectives and expected returns) and sourcing them.
• Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Developing a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.
• Coordinating with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of project.

To successfully do so, you will

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the project.
• Determine all the resources needed (equipment, manpower, materials) with attention to budget constraints; find and liaise with suppliers.
• Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, labourers, and other staff.
• Supervise the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance.
• Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports.
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
• Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed.
• Obtain actionable permits from the appropriate authorities.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
