Roles and Responsibilities
- Should be a Graduate
- 2-3 years experience in proper HR related role.
- Should have experience in the recruitment process and procedures
- Should have experience in filtering candidates and maintain pool of manpower resources required for the company.
- Should have experience in taking first round of personal interview and filter the candidates
- Find innovative ways to get the right talent for the company
- Should be able to do proper induction to new candidates.
- Manage attendance and maintain all HR related records of employees.
- Manage all Operations related activities related to documentation and office maintenance.
- Should ensure new process and procedures are properly implemented within the company
- Should contribute to the growth of the company and maintain a very healthy work environment for the employees.
- Will receive incentive and bonus based on overall company’s performance
Salary: 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A.
