Prior Team leader or Team Manager experience preferred.

Position Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Reporting to: COO
Supervisory Reporting: Sales Team Members
The Area Sales Manager is responsible and clearly focussed on generating new sales, achieving and maintaining centre sales targets, marketing and financial objectives. Furthermore, He/she is responsible for the Profit and Loss of the centre.
Generate profitable new business within the territory in order to exceed personal targets (Sales focus with 80%/90% dedicated time) by managing entire sales cycle from lead/enquiry development, sales tours, marketing and sell all product lines, negotiating and closing deals with prospective clients.
Maintain high conversion and closing rates of at least 20%.
Network with local market brokerage firms/agents
Create and maintain positive relationships with existing clients that result in new business leads and maximizes opportunities for expansions and renewals to enhance revenue stream.
Proactively generate new inquiries
Collaborate with corporate staff in setting sales, marketing and profitability goals for the centre.
